FIRST48CISO is a cybersecurity advisory practice of The Pearltech Group LLC ("we," "us" or "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through first48ciso.com, how we use it and the choices you have. As a security practice, we try to collect only what we need and to handle it the way we would advise our clients to.
Information you give us. When you request a resource, book an Enterprise Readiness Call, use the chat on this site or email us, we collect what you provide. This typically includes your name, email address and, where you choose to share them, your company, role, phone number and the reason you are reaching out.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our website platform records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page and the time of your visit. It uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember chat conversations and understand which pages lead to form submissions or bookings.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this site, and we ask that you not send confidential security details about your organization through web forms or chat. If we work together, we agree on a secure way to share that information.
